1. Delivery Coverage

Sole Therapy Qatar delivers online orders within Qatar. Delivery availability and estimated delivery times will be confirmed during checkout or in the order confirmation.

2. Free Delivery

We offer free standard delivery within Qatar. No standard delivery fee will be charged for eligible website orders.

Any optional service or additional charge, if applicable, will be clearly disclosed to the customer before the order is confirmed.

3. Order Processing and Delivery Time

Orders are processed after order confirmation and payment verification, where applicable.

The estimated delivery time will be communicated during checkout or in the order confirmation. Delivery times may vary according to stock availability, delivery location, public holidays and courier operations.

If we anticipate a significant delay, we will contact the customer with an update and explain the available options.

4. Delivery Address and Contact Details

Customers must provide an accurate delivery address, building or villa number, street number, zone, and a valid contact telephone number where applicable.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the agreed delivery location.

5. Delivery Confirmation

Our delivery representative or courier may contact the customer by telephone to arrange delivery.

Orders may be handed to the customer or an authorised recipient at the specified address. Customers should check the package and contact us if the wrong item or visible damage is discovered.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable or the address or contact details are incorrect, our team will contact the customer to arrange another attempt.

Any additional delivery charges will be communicated in advance and applied only where permitted by law. Customers will not be charged hidden or unauthorised fees.

7. Delayed, Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order is delayed, lost, damaged during delivery, or not delivered as agreed, please contact us.

We will investigate the matter and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with the applicable law, which may include redelivery, replacement or refund where appropriate.

8. Delivery and Returns

Standard delivery within Qatar is free. Exchanges, returns and refunds are governed by our separate Exchange & Return Policy.

Where an item is defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming, any return, collection or replacement costs required by law will be borne by Sole Therapy Qatar.
